Jennifer Nall, PharmD
Co-Founder, Pharmacist in Charge
Jennifer Nall began her mission of dedicated patient care in the Lubbock community in 2014. She is an expert pharmacist with over 23 years of experience. Jennifer received her doctorate from the University of Texas School of Pharmacy but is a die-hard Texas Tech fan. As a proud military spouse of over 20 years and counting, she honed numerous pharmacy disciplines in communities around the country. Her professional background includes home infusion, certified diabetes educator, chronic disease management, and hospital discharge. After arriving in Lubbock, she found her passion in medication compounding and established the compounding arm of a local hospital-based Pharmacy. Most importantly, throughout her career she has been fortunate to serve independently owned pharmacies, where she could focus on patient care above all else. Service is the cornerstone of her personal and professional life. Jennifer is a devoted mom of three, avid scuba diver (along with her children), and passionate about health and fitness.
Brooke Hobgood, MD
Co-Founder
Dr. Hobgood is a board-certified anesthesiologist with over a decade of experience in leadership focused on delivering efficient, client-centered services in the healthcare industry. She is constantly creating and evaluating processes to streamline healthcare delivery to provide patients an enjoyable experience with an unsurpassed level of professionalism.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations for Ivy Specialty Compounding, Dr. Hobgood serves as President & COO of a local wealth management firm, Masked Rider Capital Holdings. She also holds positions on the board of directors for Carizma Motors, LLC and Metallenium, LLC, and is the vice-chair for the board of trustees at Lubbock Christian School.
Dr. Hobgood completed her residency in anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, and graduated from Pepperdine University with her Bachelor’s degree. When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Hobgood can be found reading historical fiction, riding her Peloton, or driving her kids to their various activities. She resides in Lubbock with her husband and three children.
Mitzi Christ, PharmD, BCOP
Co-Founder
Mitzi Christ is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she received a doctorate in pharmacy. In addition to her roles at Ivy Specialty Compounding, she has extensive experience in oncology, both in pediatrics and adults. Mitzi currently works as a pharmacist at Covenant Children’s Hospital as the pediatric oncology clinical pharmacist. Mitzi has her board certification in oncology pharmacy and attends various symposiums and conferences to stay current with the changing landscape of oncology pharmacy. Mitzi is an adjunct faculty member with Texas Tech University Health Science Center and is also a member of ASHP and HOPA. She resides in Lubbock with her husband Jeff, two kids Thatcher and Lola, and their two huge labradoodles Cooper and Cy. In her free time, Mitzi enjoys entertaining in her home and fishing or front porch sitting in Colorado. She and her husband appreciate good food and traveling. She also loves watching her son play all sports, listening to her daughter play in the band, and spending time at the barn where her daughter rides horses.
